Black Panther: Wakanda Forever by Ryan Coogler

An expression of gratitude and loss. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever went beyond the stereotypical tribute and ode to an actor to become an immortalized legacy of a champion and a hero that will teach future generations the true meaning of loss and sacrifice.

It’s the story of a reborn hero. It’s about redefining one’s life, destiny, and legacy. Every scene, every line of dialogue, and every frame pulses with undeniable history and vibrant culture.

The characters were written and established with a great deal of nuance and layers. Each of them has its own set of motivations, reasons, and goals. As viewers, we can empathize with and for them on a much deeper and broader level than you’d expect from a superhero film.

Tenoch Huerta and Angela Bassett were oozing talent and charisma. Their genuine and natural vibe permeated their performance and the end result was spellbinding, raw, and unrestricted.

There is so much to see and feel in this sequel, but one thing is certain: you are in for a wild ride.
